Where are Amati items made?
We use high-end manufacturers in Italy for our leather and metal hardware. All our items and accessories are handmade by top-notch luxury artisans in Dubai, UAE.
Are Amati items made from real or artificial leather?
All our pieces are currently made from real, vegetable-tanned leather. We believe this is the more sustainable option for our company. Please refer to the “Our Crafts” section for further information.
What kind of gold is used for Amati Fine Jewellery?
Our jewellery is plated with 18k yellow gold.

Our Collection is designed for dogs with smaller frames. Please refer to our product size charts here and measure the circumference of your pet’s neck adding half an inch (1.27cm) for collars or focusing on your pet’s chest size for harnesses.

We photograph each product with precise attention to detail, and the colors shown should accurately depict those of the product in question. However, please note that colors may vary slightly from one screen to another due to differing monitor display settings.

How can I order online?
To order online, please select the product you wish to purchase, click ‘Add to Cart’, indicate your desired quantity, size, and add personalization info if required. You can view and edit the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon. Once you're ready, proceed to check-out and make the payment. You'll receive a thank you page with your order number and confirmation of your order will be sent via email.
Can I change my order or shipping details once I have placed my order?
We can cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet. If you need to change your shipping details, please email us or send us a WhatsApp message to see if this is possible. We'll do our best to help you with any issues you may have.

How can I know if an item is available for purchase?
All items for sale on our website are available. However, in rare cases of production or shipping delays, we will inform you immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so.
Can I pre-order an item?
Yes, you can pre-order an item that is out of stock. We will notify you via email when the item becomes available and update you on its status. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item is sent.
What payment methods does Amati accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
How can I track my order?
For domestic orders within UAE, we will send you an email with shipping details once your parcel has been dispatched. For international orders outside UAE, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. If you do not receive the shipping email within 48 hours or lose the tracking number, please contact our customer care team.
How can I return an item?
To request a return or exchange, contact us via email at info@amaticollection.com or WhatsApp at +971544596791. For card payments, we offer refunds or store credit upon request, but shipping fees will not be refunded. The merchandise must not be used, altered, or cleaned, and all tags and accessories must be attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted. Cash payments in UAE will be refunded once our team checks the items.
